When we reach out to a business, we use information the business has published, such as its name, website, phone number, business email and public listing details. Our website uses basic, privacy-friendly analytics (page views, referrer, approximate country). We do not sell personal information.

How we use it

To respond to you, to build and show you a preview of a website for your business, to provide services you sign up for, and to send you emails about those services.

Email and opting out

If you do not want to hear from us, reply "unsubscribe" or email hello@newlyup.com and we will stop contacting you. We honor opt-out requests promptly.

Service providers

We use trusted providers for hosting, email delivery, scheduling and payments. They process data only to provide their services to us.

Retention and your rights
